• Responsible for organizing and controlling engineering projects.
• Identifies project phases, assigns personnel, reviews contractor bids.
• Studies product design, customer requirements, and prepares cost estimates.
• Manages project schedules and progress, resolves issues.
• Controls project plan, costs, and prepares status reports.
• Ensures a safe working environment and monitors compliance to standards.
• Mentors and monitors project teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of Construction experience.
• 5 years of High Rise Building (30+ Floors) construction experience.
• Proficient in Piling, Structure, MEP, and luxury finishes.
