Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management strategy aligned with the COSO ERM framework.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization.
- Establish risk mitigation plans and conduct regular assessments.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement and maintain internal controls in line with the COSO framework.
- Lead the implementation of the COSO framework across all business units.
- Prepare and present risk and compliance reports to management and the board of directors.
- Lead and mentor the risk and compliance team.
Qualifications:
- CA, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit.
- In-depth knowledge of the COSO framework.
