Job Description
We at Al Sharqi Shipping (Shark Innovation Labs) are seeking a dedicated Freight Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with industry standards, legal guidelines, and company protocols in booking activities. This position is based in Karachi Office.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with customers and shipping lines.
- Manage documentation and clearing of shipments.
- Process bookings and reply to customer inquiries.
- Track containers and vessel schedules.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer shipments.
- Assist team in achieving goals and standards.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelors/Masters in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in freight and shipping industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills.
- Strong team player with good time management skills.
