Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes at Reach First. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in HR management, strong communication and interpersonal skills, in-depth knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a must.
