Job Description
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- ENSURE CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OF STOCKS FROM GENERAL STORE AND SUPPLY CHAIN (REQUISITION, AUTHORIZATION, CONSUMPTION, CONSUMPTION APPROVAL THROUGH HMIS)
- ENSURE CONSUMPTION RECORDS OF ITEMS ARE MAINTAINED AND UP TO DATE ALL THE TIME.
- NOTIFY ANY ANOMALIES FOUND IN CONSUMPTION PATTERNS OF STOCK.
- FOLLOW STOCK ALERT LEVEL LIMITS (STOCK OUT, EXPIRY, OVERSTOCK)
- ENSURE GOOD STORAGE CONDITIONS OF THE STOCK (TEMP, LIGHT, AIR, HUMIDITY, ETC).
- LIAISON WITH THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT FOR TIMELY AUDITS.
- LIAISON WITH IT DEPARTMENT FOR ANY RELEVANT DATA ENTRIES.
- ANY TASK ASSIGNED BY HoD.
