Job Description
Review the effectiveness of the internal control system and ensure its compliance, as defined by the departmental SOPs.
- Ensure timely initiation, execution, and completion of audits, including submission of drafts, preparation of working papers, and finalization of audit reports.
- Monitor departments’ implementation of prior audit reports regularly.
- Build relationships and trust by liaising with other departments.
- Prepare reports on the audit of operational activities of different departments.
- Follow up with departments to update the status of prior audit report implementations.
- Share knowledge with colleagues through presentations, workshops, and briefings.
- Develop and maintain contacts to enhance relationships and trust.
- Support supervisor in achieving department goals.
- Execute special assignments given by the supervisor.
