Job Description
Are you an energetic self-starter with a knack for identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts? PromoGeneration is looking for a candidate who can respond to targeted outbound prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships. Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and dedicated workstation
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably Salesforce.com)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
- Qualify prospects based on their needs and business environment
- Stay updated with industry trends and identify potential leads
- Present products/services to prospective buyers
- Maintain detailed records in CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM Compensation: Base Salary + High Commissions
