Job Description
Position Summary:
The resource is responsible for providing analytics and reporting on data to make better and timely business decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop understanding of the business and customer lifecycle across all businesses.
- Proficient in databases (SQL).
- Develop and maintain business dashboards.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify automation needs for operational efficiency.

Knowledge and Experience:
Education: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering

- Expertise in Python, R, Google Analytics (preferred)
