Job Description
Location: Johar Town, Lahore
Salary Range: PKR 50,00 – 60,00
About the Role: We seek a meticulous and organized Account & Admin Officer to support our client with financial and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and a keen eye for detail to manage daily tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting:
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and handle accounts payable/receivable.
- Support in monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
- Administration:
- Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in organizing meetings and schedules.
- Handle filing systems for records and support smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- Education: B.Com or M.Com.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in accounts or administrative roles.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Analytical, organizational, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Preferred: Candidates residing in or near Johar Town, Lahore.
