Job Purpose:
- To generate SME sales along with individual postpaid and MBB connection selling.
Job Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned revenue targets through SME/Individual Customers.
- Manage customer portfolio to increase penetration within existing accounts.
- Efficient use of Zong USPs and sales tools.
- Ensure correct customer information data.
- Prepare reports and carry out visits to customers.
- Ensure contract signing of business customers.
Education & Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, 1-3 years in relevant field.
Job Specific Skills: Knowledge of Telecom Industry, Problem-solving, and Customer engagement.
Job Generic Skills: Innovative, Self-motivated, Teamwork, Adaptability, Interpersonal, Negotiation, Time Management.
