Job Purpose:
- Lead Purchase Operation Management Team
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and reporting of department KPIs, project progress, individual team member performance and highlight risks.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentations for management.
- Reporting & Analytics – Project reporting & deep analysis for timely execution, decision making and highlighting project related issues to management.
- Manage E-Signature portal for contract signing and PC approvals.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree. MBA in Finance & Accounting or ACCA part qualified will be preferred.
- Work Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in relevant domain.
- Skills – Generic: People & Stakeholder management skills, Business Planning, Process Oriented and Well Organized, Excellent in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (Mandatory)
- Skills – Job Specific: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, Ability to work in pressure circumstances, Time management, Ability to read and comprehend financial statements, Ability to work with ERP development teams for system improvement.
