Job Description
The agent will be responsible for soliciting sales over calls, chats, and emails. This is a UK-based campaign. You should be meticulous in record-keeping and capable of handling all aspects of resolving customer queries.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to potential customers through inbound calls, chats, and emails.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Asking engaging questions to keep conversations going.
- Listening to customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
- Gathering and documenting customer information.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in UK Campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Patience and the ability to engage customers in conversations.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Timings: Agents will initially follow fixed shifts between 1 PM to 2 AM (PST).
