- Collaborating with UX/UI designers, developers, and marketers to optimize the site for sales.
- Working to improve the overall shopping experience, from landing on the site to post-purchase follow-ups.
- Managing interactions that influence the perception of the brand.
- Using feedback from customers to guide improvements in the website UX.
- Monitoring site performance, customer behavior, and analytics to improve the UX.
