Description:
Seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Collections Manager responsible for multiple customer accounts with at least 5 years of progressive experience. Prior experience in Banking or Telecom Industry is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating collection objectives
- Maintaining professional relationships with clients and attorneys
- Collaborating with Working Capital department
- Booking collection and receivables in accounting systems
- Liaising with banks for collection matters
- Ensuring receivables compliance with company rules
- Resolving disputed receivables with clients
- Implementing processes with Billing Department
- Forecasting collection and reporting to management
Educational/Requirements:
- Masters degree in finance or related field
- Strong collection, analytical, and negotiating skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of commercial credit laws
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
