Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Operator at Ranchers Cafe located in Lahore. The Call Operator will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, taking orders and reservations, and providing excellent customer service over the phone. The Call Operator will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively
- Customer service experience is required; experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems, customer management software, and call center equipment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus
- Must be fluent in English and Urdu; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
