Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Execute production plan across shifts for seamless machine operation and meeting targets.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing Tools & statistical Process Control Analysis.
- Track planning vs production targets, mitigate bottlenecks, and improve through data analytics & Plant OEE.
- Organize tasks, oversee material issuance, batch management, and product inspection.
- Collaborate with Planning, Maintenance, QA, Blend, and Supply Chain teams for floor activities.
- Minimize material wastage and actively engage in safety projects.
- Ensure safety compliance for workers and machine operators, rotating shifts.
- Conduct data analyses, overtime monitoring, and ensure plant performance and safety standards.
- Other tasks assigned by Production Department & manage internal/external audits.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- BE in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years experience in Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Skills
- Proficient in SAP / MS Office.
