Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements for efficient time management.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for board meetings and key discussions.
- Conduct research to support decision-making.
- Liaise with teams, stakeholders, and government for seamless communication.
- Work on cross-functional projects and detailed reporting.
- Draft documents with accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and governance requirements.
- Document AGMs, BODs, and Director elections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience as an assistant to c-level of reputed conglomerate.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and productivity tools.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
