CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST (INTERNATIONAL)

- Handle Queries, Requests, and Complaints with tact
- Follow standard processes for solutions
- Ensure superior customer engagement
- Overcome objections and pushback
Qualifications:
- A-Levels/Intermediate
- Empathy, communication, and detail-oriented
- Strong English skills
