Job Description
About the Position:
The incumbent will handle end-to-end recruitment tasks such as analyzing job requisitions, designing job ads, screening candidates, coordinating assessments & interviews, and managing candidate onboarding. Developing recruiting strategies and fostering relationships with potential hires are also key responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an Employee Sourcing Strategy aligned with Business and HR Plans
- Coordinate with hiring leads to understand staffing needs
- Formulate interview and selection procedures
- Conduct candidate sourcing and assessments
- Implement Employee Onboarding programs
- Represent the company at events for networking
- Oversee talent acquisition team hiring and retention
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in HRM or relevant equivalent
- Experience: 2 – 4 years
- Location: Karachi, Pakistan
