Job Description
Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1-2 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Shift: Night Shift
Transportation: Provided for female employees
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and referrals for candidate attraction.
- Conduct screenings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain talent pool for future hiring needs.
HR Operations:
- Handle employee documentation, attendance tracking, and payroll.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support HR policies implementation.
- Address employee grievances and ensure policy compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years HR experience with talent acquisition focus.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
