Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Deputy Tech Lead, you will collaborate with the Tech Lead in managing and overseeing the technical aspects of our projects.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Tech Lead in defining project goals and objectives
- Leading the development team in designing, coding, and testing software solutions
- Monitoring the progress of projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to team members
- Identifying and addressing technical risks and issues
- Collaborating with other departments, stakeholders, and clients to ensure successful project completion
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
