Role Description & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate the hiring process.
  • Prepare and manage employee onboarding programs.
  • Address employee concerns and queries.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize team-building activities and events.
  • Assist in setting KPIs and performance appraisal processes.
  • Process payroll, leaves, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and vendor management.
  • Develop and enforce HR and administrative policies.

Qualifications

  • HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies
  • Experience in managing Employee Relations
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required
