Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including store opening and closing, and managing the store.
Act as the backbone of the store by managing internal processes and ensuring smooth operations, to focus on higher-level management and customer interactions.
Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues. Provide support to staff as needed, ensuring a cohesive work environment.
Job Specification:
Intermediate, or related field, or equivalent working experience.
2 years experience within a management or supervisory-based role within the fashion retail industry.
Well-developed customer service skills.
Using computer programs such as Excel, or other software as required.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
