Stipend: PKR 30,00 per month
Duration: 3 Months (Leading to a permanent position based on performance)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Trainee Technical Support Engineer at EGeeks Global. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or those starting their career in technical support. Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting IT issues.
- System Maintenance: Help maintain IT systems for smooth operations.
- Documentation: Record issue resolutions and prepare progress reports.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients during issue resolution.
- Collaboration: Work with the IT team to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
