Sales Development Representative (SDR) – For One of Our International Clients
We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join the sales team for one of our clients. The individual will be critical in generating and qualifying leads, fueling their sales success, reaching out to potential customers, gathering essential insights, and setting up impactful meetings with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively connect with potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media to introduce Glow’s innovative products.
- Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives, ensuring only top-quality leads are passed to our client’s sales team.
- Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate meetings between qualified leads and Account Executives, facilitating smooth handoffs for a seamless sales process.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking interactions, lead status, and performance metrics.
Skills & Competencies:
- Outbound Sales Experience: Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, with a knack for high-volume calling and lead generation.
- B2B and SaaS Knowledge: Experience in B2B sales is highly preferred, and familiarity with the SaaS industry is a plus.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value of Glow’s solutions.
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities. Ready to embrace new tools and strategies.
- CRM Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM software to manage leads and report on activities.
The salary will be offered in USD along with a commission.
Location: Cantt, Lahore
Working Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM
