Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Manager at LALQILLA FALCON in Lahore. The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for managing guest interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing exceptional service, conducting training sessions, and maintaining strong communication with guests and team members.
Qualifications
- Guest Relations, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Training experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively
- Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
