Job Description

This role involves overseeing and recording invoices for raw materials, packaging, imports, inventory, and project procurements to comply with tax laws. Prepare management reports, address supply chain gaps, and ensure no pending liabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee supply chain billing, ensure correct recording
  • Support implementation of Digitization projects
  • Prepare management reports
  • Perform system audits, issue debit notes
  • Process advance payments, monitor supplies
  • Correspond with vendors, finance for timely remittance

Qualifications:

  • ACCA/ACMA/MBA qualification
  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Knowledge of SAP, basic accounting, and communication skills
