ICON Consultants is hiring a Head of Operations for one of our clients. We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to lead and streamline daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business goals.
- Lead and mentor operational teams, promoting collaboration and productivity.
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively.
- Work closely with leadership to set and achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 4+ years of experience in operations, with leadership experience.
