Job Description
Breakthru is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Owner/Manager to join our team. As part of your role on our product team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Track product development progress and software delivery.
- Work closely with software engineers to ensure smooth implementation.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Define the vision for the team’s product.
- Create a product roadmap based on the vision.
- Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements.
- Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development.
- Develop user stories to guide the development process.
- Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
- Liaise with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and product sprints.
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to create flyers, videos, blogs, and other product collateral.
- Understand and address customer pain points.
