Job Title: Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, ensure efficient business processes
- Coordinate trailer-related work, including vehicle scheduling and transportation planning
- Handle customs declaration for import/export goods
- Optimize operational processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
- Coordinate with departments to address customer needs
- Develop operation management systems, provide training
- Analyze operational data, report results regularly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
- 3 years of operation management experience
- Knowledge of import/export trade laws and customs clearance
- Strong communication skills in English
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
Remuneration Package: Negotiable based on experience.
