Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating project tasks, facilitating communication, and supporting the overall efficiency of our projects. The Project Coordinator will work closely with team leads, the System Analyst, and the department head to ensure projects are on track and effectively documented.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Manage and monitor project tasks in ClickUp, collaborating with team leads to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables.

•   Record and distribute accurate meeting minutes, capturing essential details to support project continuity.

•   Assist the System Analyst in gathering and documenting user requirements to align development efforts with business needs.

•   Act as a liaison between users and development teams, following up on project statuses to facilitate timely delivery.

•   Respond to user support requests efficiently, providing assistance and escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor’s degree in BSCS, BS IT, Bachelor in Information Systems, or related field.

•   2-3 years of experience with software development Lifecycle is required.

•   Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Trello) is preferred.

•   Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

•   Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging professionally across all organizational levels.

•   Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize responsibilities, and adapt to shifting project demands.
