Job Description
Position: IT Support Officer
Industry: Manufacturing
Location: Karachi
Education: Minimum Graduation in Computer Science or relevant field
Experience: 3-4 Years of working experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee system upgrades and guide IT staff during implementations.
- Regularly review and improve processes for IT operations compliance.
- Install, configure, and support computers, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain Active Directory, firewalls, switches, access points, and critical servers.
- Manage the virtualization system (VMware) for efficient performance.
- Oversee daily operations of the data center, including server, storage, and network management.
- Support and manage audio and video conferencing systems for seamless communication.
- Enforce ISO procedures and work instructions related to IT.
