Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of the training center’s operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the training center’s performance, reputation, and output.
- Manage a team of trainers, instructors, and administrative staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Design, develop, and implement telecom-specific training programs.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards, telecom regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness and introduce improvements.
- Enforce strict adherence to EHS guidelines.
- Update training modules to reflect safety practices and industry advancements.
- Collaborate with regulatory bodies and auditors for compliance and accreditation.
- Prepare and manage the training center’s budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Allocate resources efficiently to support training delivery and facility maintenance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and tailor programs.
- Build partnerships with industry bodies to stay updated on industry trends.
- Represent the training center at conferences and professional forums.
