Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in project management.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC application and QA practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certifications like PMP or Agile Scrum Master (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Oversee Scrum processes and facilitate Agile ceremonies for team efficiency.
- Monitor systems for performance, identify areas for improvement, ensure compliance with GRC standards.
- Collaborate with teams for seamless integration of QA processes into SDLC.
- Track project progress, manage risks, align with client expectations.
- Prepare project documentation including timelines, budgets, quality metrics.
