Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and supporting hiring activities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify staffing needs & develop job descriptions.
- Source potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Schedule & coordinate interviews.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Organize job fairs & recruitment events.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews & assessments.
- Prepare recruitment reports for senior management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Perform assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
- 0-1 year of talent acquisition experience (internship accepted).
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and a team player.
