Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition at Unity Foods Limited in Karachi. The Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives, developing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring the organization attracts top talent.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Hands-on experience with SAP – Success Factor is a major plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Experience in conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Certifications in HR or talent acquisition are a plus
