Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Digitalization of HR Services through SAP portal
- Management of the entire employee lifecycle on SAP
- Handling Regular & Contractual Employee services and related documents
- Employee Communications management and devising solutions
- Generating executive reports for HRD decision making
- Primary point of contact for HR operation matters
- Communication with external HR professionals and companies for employee reference checks
- Management and updating of employee records and files
- Ensure timely processing of offboarding formalities and closure
- Sending monthly headcount reports to HQ
Requirements:
- Bachelors in a relevant field
- 4-5 years of experience
