Job Description
The Deputy Manager for Roads and Area Maintenance at Bahria Town oversees road infrastructure upkeep, safety, and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Road Infrastructure Management: Oversee road maintenance, markings, signs, and traffic safety measures compliance.
- Maintenance Oversight: Supervise maintenance activities, conduct inspections, and address urgent issues promptly.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead the maintenance team, delegate tasks, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop preventive maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure activities adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and promote a safety-first culture.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Additional certifications in facilities management, HVAC systems, or project management are a plus.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of maintenance management experience, preferably in residential management.
