Job Description
Position Purpose
Lead the budgeting, planning, and analysis function. The Budgeting Lead will collaborate with all company departments, ensuring accountability for budgets and forecasts.
Job Description:
- Responsible for planning, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of annual budget and forecasts.
- Develop budgeting and forecasting models based on business needs.
- Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts and GAP analysis for improvement.
- Analyze actual performance against the budget and provide management accounts.
- Coordinate with departments to control costs and increase revenues.
- Prepare various reports for executive management and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the team for career development and growth.
Experience and Qualifications:
- CA Finalist / ACCA Member
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Specific Requirements:
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
- Effective team management and development skills.
- Occasional travel may be required.
