Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
A Supplier Research Officer will be responsible to support in identification of authorized distributors and wholesalers of branded products, which can be sold at marketplaces and exceed company’s sales and profitability goals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify the authorized distributors and wholesalers of branded products assigned from product research team based on company’s KPI targets for revenue and profitability.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
- Proficiency in web searching and advance search operators.
- Must be hardworking, persistent and is driven by challenges.
- Good knowledge of using MS Office (Excel)
- Prior knowledge in wholesale supplier research and supplier validation is preferable.
EXPERIENCE:
- 0-1 years’ experience
- Experience of supplier research for Amazon Wholesale (Preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management.
- Amazon Wholesale course(s) in product research, sourcing and supplier research is preferred.
