Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Product Specialist. The Technical Product Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving issues with various products, collaborating with sales teams to drive business growth, and assisting with training of team members on relevant product knowledge. The role will be based in Lahore Division.
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving ability
- Excellent Communication skills to communicate effectively with both clients and team members
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
- Experience in Sales and Business Development
- Experience with software development, coding languages, and web technologies
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in AI technologies is a plus
- Experience with Cloud technologies is a plus
