Area of Responsibility:
- Data Entry from documents and applications files on Excel.
- Process case registration on SAP from Excel data.
- Read Emails, extract data, and submit to line manager.
- Respond to emails from internal and external stakeholders.
- Daily reporting to the line manager.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate required
Experience: At least 1 year
Skill/Knowledge: IT literacy, MS Office
