Job Description
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or technical support in SaaS, preferably Contact Center or CRM software.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and solving challenges.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple customers and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a seamless customer journey.
- Strong in identifying customer challenges and providing solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate on problem-solving.
- Monitor accounts to prevent revenue loss and drive service utilization.
- Track customer health metrics for upsell opportunities.
- Work with sales to expand the customer base.
- Analyze metrics, recommend improvements, and gather feedback for product enhancements.
- Educate customers on best practices and share success stories.
