- Distribution Management, Dealing with Key Accounts, General Trade, Modern Trade, etc.
- Ensure regional secondary sales targets of Merchandising and BAs.
- Customized projects for business improvement and timely execution.
- In/On-stores merchandising, negotiating, and execution of in/on-store merchandising and shelf space.
- Team management and supervision.
- Utilization of POS material.
- Brand-building exercises through the team.
- Planning and execution of regional trade marketing activities.
- Create projects to enhance secondary sales.
- Check Daily Progress of BAs and staff schedules.
- Execute activities as per market needs.
