Job Description

Role Description:
This is a full-time role with Hamdard Pakistan for an Assistant Manager Human Resources – OD and Performance based in Karachi. Responsibilities include overseeing organizational development initiatives and performance management processes. Tasks involve conducting performance evaluations, implementing training programs, and cultivating a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of HR practices and policies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and offer HR insights
- Experience in conducting training and development programs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SPHR) is a plus
