Job Description

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism with confidential information.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO.
  • Act as the main contact between CEO and stakeholders.
  • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up.
  • Perform general office tasks to support the CEO.
  • Handle correspondence with attention to detail and timely responses.
