Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor at National Security Printing Press located in Karachi Division. The Supervisor will oversee a team of employees and ensure that the printing press functions smoothly. The Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly, and that all products meet the quality standards set by the company.
Qualifications
- Experience in a supervisory position or equivalent leadership experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Understanding of printing and production processes is preferred
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
