Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant HR Executive to support our HR department at ABS. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our recruitment, employee performance programs, and learning and development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and evaluations.
- Help develop fair HR policies and ensure compliance among employees.
- Participate in effective recruitment and onboarding of new talent.
- Oversee daily HR operations and provide recommendations for HR technology improvements.
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM till 2:00 AM
Location: Block 13-C, Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi
