Job Description
ITLOGI LTD is seeking an experienced Taxi and Minicab Dispatcher/Controller. The ideal candidate will efficiently handle inbound bookings, manage drivers, and ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls for taxi bookings
- Enter bookings into the dispatch system
- Allocate bookings to drivers
- Provide real-time ETAs to customers
- Guide drivers on optimal routes
- Manage email bookings and place bids on jobs
Requirements:
- Previous UK taxi cab controlling experience
- Knowledge of UK streets and postcodes
- Experience with taxi dispatch systems
- Strong customer service skills
Shift: Rotational | Hours: 8/day, 6 days/week | Pay: Starting at Rs50,00/month.
