Job Description
Technocrats is seeking a Technical Customer Support Agent to assist clients in the recruitment industry. You will manage inquiries related to our Talent Acquisition Software, ensure client satisfaction, and relay feedback to the production team. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Job Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 7 PM – 4 AM
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
Required Skills: Experience in technical customer support or recruitment and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
